Usually i try to make as much of the sounds i use in a track from scratch, especially kick and bass. so when producing this track i tried the complete opposite and only used one sample for every sound: the 909 Kick. I was pleasently surprised at how well this worked and was left with this rumbly deep "drumcody" techno track. This very different approach to how i usually produce music made this song very unique and it doesn't really fit into the rest of my discography style-wise, which is why i used GLT in the title, which will be used from now on if i make more techno tracks like this.
